What can it do against obesity ?


First,for children,it is necessary to monitor the curve corpulence.

Then follow this tips :



  • Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day

  • Practicing a sport

  • Not eat between meals

  • Limit the consumption of fat added

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Limit the consumption of sugar products

  • Eat 3dairy products per day

  • Limit the consumption of salt

  • Eat meat and eggs 1 to 2 times a day

It's true that the obesity is more and more present in the current world. We are in a world where we eat anything because we are in a hurry. But that is why it's necessary to pay attention that we eat. We have to eat better. But it's easier to say than to make ... !

To limit obesity, France launched a strong campaign : "eat, move" (limit sweet and salted foods, eat 5 fruits ans vegetables per day, play sport...). We can watch it in each food ad and between children programms on TV. In england, they organize cook class in high school to learn and to take used to well eat. I think it's a good idea and it can be nice for students.

obesity is a real problem in our society.
I think that if people eat balanced and that they do some sports there is not pbut unfortunately many people have no enough money to eat balanced.
roblem.the advertising campaign tells to eat five fruits and vegetables, but this costs a lot..
